As a Provisional Psychologist (Health and Wellness Advisor), you will play an significant role in supporting job seekers facing complex barriers. This is a varied, hands‑on role that will help you develop robust clinical foundations while making a real impact.

Your Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments across mental health, psychosocial, and vocational needs.
Offer person-centred counselling intervention as needed, utilising various evidence-based psychological methodologies.
Deliver practical strategies to support mental health and wellbeing.
Liaise with external providers, health specialists, and community services.
Work closely with Job Coaches and internal teams to support sustainable employment outcomes.
Provide guidance to staff regarding psychological services, where appropriate.
