Job Description

Join us as a Senior Façade Engineer in Perth! You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality façade engineering services, including design, engineering, documentation, project administration and compliance with project requirements, standards and constraints. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, challenging projects, lead technically, and mentor others while making a tangible impact on the built workplace.

You will also be responsible for:
Deliver and oversee façade and structural engineering design services, including concept development, detailed design, documentation, analysis, specifications and construction phase support
Management of complex projects to ensure the effective, profitable and high‑quality delivery, including technical strategy, resourcing, risk management,



fee support and consultant coordination
Financial management of projects via project budgeting, cost control, invoicing oversight, debtor follow‑up and review of financial performance
Coordinate and contribute to multi‑disciplinary consultancy services (including BMU, Building Physics/ESD, Acoustics, Logistics, Remedial and Lighting) to achieve integrated project outcomes
Manage client relationships and contribute to business development activities by supporting proposals, presentations as required
Mentor junior engineers and consultants to foster a collaborative, secure and high‑performing team culture
