Trinita Ristorante is opening soon in Kiama overlooking Surf Beach, and we’re looking for experienced Full-Time Chefs to join our kitchen team.

Trinita is a contemporary Italian restaurant focused on quality, fresh food — including house-made fresh pasta, Neapolitan-style pizza, Italian classics and modern dishes using great produce.

What we’re offering:
$75,000 salary + superannuation

About you:
Qualified and experienced Chef
Passionate about quality food and consistent presentation
Reliable, organised and able to work well in a busy kitchen
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures
Italian cuisine experience is highly regarded, but not essential
