The Company
Join an established and growing residential builder that are recognised for delivering high-quality homes across a diverse range of markets including investment properties, H&L; packages, townhouses and custom residential projects. The business has built a reputation for providing tailored solutions and exceptional service throughout the building journey, backed by an experienced leadership team and commitment to continual growth.
They are seeking an experienced BDM to join the team, playing a key role in expanding market presence, strengthening external partnerships and driving revenue outcomes through relationship management and effective business development.
The Role
Develop and maintain robust relationships with sales agents, channel partners, investors and industry stakeholders
Identify and secure recent partnership opportunities
Manage and grow the sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and relationship development
Supportpartners with accurate product, pricing and package information
About You
Demonstrated experience in a BDM or Account Management role within the Residential Construction industry
A proven ability to achieve sales targets and performance outcomes
Experience using CR< systems and MS Office
Professional presentation and a positive, solutions-focused approach
