The Company

Join a well-established residential builder with a robust reputation for high-quality homes and a genuinely supportive culture. As a result of strong growth, they're looking for an experienced Sales Estimator to join their close-knit team.

The Role
Provide accurate sales estimates and quotes as per clients' requests
Prepare take-offs to determine material and labour budgets
Delivery timely and accurate project budgets
Oversee all documentation to contractors/suppliers




Identify and resolve construction issues during negotiation and contract stages

About You
Demonstrated experienced estimating in the residential construction space
Strong knowledge of Australian building standards
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing team
Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office
