Our client, a leader in commercial interiors, is seeking a energetic Commercial Sales Consultant based in their Head Office in Perth. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to join a driven sales team focused on delivering outstanding products and services to current and prospective customers.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be tasked with generating sales by presenting and selling commercial interior solutions. You will manage a personal business portfolio, developing market strategies to achieve and surpass individual sales and profit targets.

Key responsibilities include:
Planning and prioritising sales activities and customer engagement to meet business objectives.
Developing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and sustained business growth.
Supporting local marketing activities and integrating personal sales efforts with company promotions.
Collaborating closely with the Estimating Team to develop accurate quotes and ensure profitable sales.
Representing the company at external meetings and events to expand market presence.




Responding promptly to sales enquiries, negotiating effectively, and preparing presentations, proposals and contracts.
Utilising CRM systems to manage client data, track interactions, and monitor market trends and competitors.
Assisting with problem-solving and suggesting business improvements to enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have robust sales and negotiation skills, experience in customer service, and competency in interpreting tender documents and performing product take-offs. While experience in the commercial furniture sector is desirable, a demonstrated ability to provide solution-based sales within a Commercial Fit Out Product role is essential.
