Priceline Pharmacy Norwood is seeking a motivated, organised and computer-savvy Operations & Inventory Officer to join our friendly, qualified team.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our inventory and online order systems. If you are highly organised and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory management and stock control
Receiving and processing incoming stock
Creating purchase orders and maintaining accurate inventory records using the FRED Office system
Preparing Click & Collect and Deliver
Coordinating stocktakes, supplier returns and expiry date checks
Answering telephone enquiries
Assisting our retail team during busy periods
Assist in complying with Priceline Corporate requirements
About You
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Solid computer and administration skills
Friendly, reliable and self-motivated
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous inventory, retail or pharmacy experience preferred
FRED Office experience is an advantage; however, full training will be provided
