In this role you will:
Assist the Night Manager in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful, transparent information.
Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night.
Maintain a protected and secure environment for guests and employees.
