Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team at Sola Restaurant & Bar. This hands-on leadership role will support daily operations, lead from the floor and ensure exceptional guest experiences through robust service standards and team engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead daily Food & Beverage operations and support service excellence.
Coach and motivate the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Manage guest interactions, feedback and service recovery.
Maintain high standards across presentation, beverage service and compliance.
Support stock control, training and team development.
Work closely with Kitchen and Front Office teams to deliver seamless service.
