Description

RMC Track & Civil is seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to join our growing Queensland operations. As part of Railtrain Holdings Group (RHG), we continue to deliver quality rail infrastructure services across Queensland.

As a Supervisor with RMC Track & Civil, you'll play a key role in delivering protected, reliable and high-quality rail infrastructure projects across Queensland. You'll lead experienced crews, work on a diverse range of maintenance, renewals and construction activities, and contribute to projects that keep Australia's rail network moving.

You'll be supported by a team that values safety, teamwork and continuous improvement, with prospects to develop your leadership skills and build a long-term career within Railtrain Holdings Group (RHG), backed by GenusPlus Group.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience supervising rail infrastructure or track crews
Current Driver’s Licence
Construction White Card / General Construction Induction
Certificate II & III in Rail Infrastructure
Current RIW (Rail Industry Worker) Card
QR SARC and WET competencies
Current First Aid Certificate
Solid commitment to safety, leadership and quality outcomes
