We are seeking an organised, proactive and systems-focused Business Manager to support the smooth operation and continued growth of our dynamic group of businesses.

Working closely with the CEO and leadership group, this role will oversee business operations as a centralised service across our collective business units, including workflow system management, HR coordination, reporting, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making a meaningful impact through efficient systems and robust operational support.

What you will be doing:
Coordinating HR operations, recruitment, onboarding and workplace initiatives.
Holding responsibility for the Collective business systems, workflows, reporting and process improvements.
Supporting sales operations and maintaining effective office processes and reporting.
Supporting compliance, documentation, training and quality management systems.
Preparing reports, analysis and performance summaries.
Providing governance and secretariat functions across the Collective Leadership Team.




Managing a small office team including reception cover, performance expectations, welfare and training to maintain a seamless internal and external customer experience.

What you bring:
4+ years' experience in office management, business support or operations.
Experience within the real estate or property management preferred.
Demonstrated strong technical experience with Monday.com or similar business systems, and robust capability in improving processes through technology and automation.
Robust organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confidence managing systems, processes and workflows.
Experience supporting senior leaders and preparing reports.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
