About the Role

Working closely with our lawyers, you'll play an integral role in managing files from commencement through to resolution.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing Family Court documents, including Applications, Responses, Affidavits, Financial Statements and Consent Orders.
Drafting correspondence to clients, other solicitors and third parties.
Managing diaries, court dates and critical deadlines.
Liaising with clients, barristers, experts and the Court.
Preparing mediation and court briefs.
Collating disclosure.
Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate file management.
Assisting lawyers with day-to-day management of complex family law matters.
General administrative support.
