Demi Chef, Casual

Bar Vino is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Demi Chef with a passion for outstanding food to join the team at our Italian inspired café and wine bar in Mount Lawley.

Working closely with our Head Chef, you’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are executed with precision, care, and consistency. You’ll play a key role in maintaining kitchen standards while contributing to a positive and collaborative team setting.

What you’ll bring
Adaptable and reliable with a can-do attitude
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
A genuine passion for seasonal, produce-driven cooking
Certificate III & IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in the quality of dishes
Ability to work Cold Section, Prep, Hot section with efficiency




Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
A team-first mindset with a calm, skilled approach
Must be able to work weekends and evenings
Valid working rights
