About You

We're looking for chefs who are passionate about quality food, thrive in a busy service environment, and enjoy working as part of a professional team.

Depending on the role, you'll be involved in:
Preparing and executing high-quality dishes across à la carte, functions and events
Running your own section with confidence and consistency
Working with fresh, seasonal produce




Maintaining high standards of food safety and kitchen organisation
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Contributing to a positive, energetic kitchen culture

What You'll Bring
Experience in a professional kitchen relevant to the position you're applying for
A positive attitude and solid work ethic
The ability to stay calm and perform under pressure
Great communication and teamwork skills
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) for qualified chef positions
Full Australian working rights
