Due to growth in our business, an chance exists for a Service Coordinator to join our busy service team, to be based out of our office in Belmont.

YOUR RESPONSIBLITIES
Managing Maintenance Contracts in an efficient and diligent manner
Liaising with clients and ensuring client KPI’s and targets are being achieved with a high standard of customer service
Managing & coordinating daily service calls, maintenance & quoted works
Preparation and submission of quotes
Preparation and submission of client-specific documentation
Effectively utilising client-specific platforms for job management
Efficient scheduling and dispatch of technical field staff
Liaising with suppliers to ensure accurate parts orders and delivery of goods
Managing & coordinating of subcontractors to ensure jobs are attended and completed in a timely manner
Monthly reporting to client and management




Managing and ensuring client asset registers are accurate and up to date
Providing administration coverage as and when required
Be available for overtime duties as and when required
Compliance of WHS & Quality standards, practices & policies
Other duties and tasks as directed by management

Competent working independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
