What you'll be doing
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Liaising with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions
Assisting with inventory management and organisation of the warehouse
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns promptly
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a smooth and successful operation
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a customer service or order processing role, preferably in the building trades or hardware industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and colleagues
