About the Role

As Team Leader (SIL), you'll provide operational leadership across Supported Independent Living homes, ensuring supports are delivered safely, consistently and in line with participant goals, NDIS standards and organisational requirements.
You'll be responsible for workforce leadership, service quality, compliance, incident management and stakeholder engagement while fostering supportive settings where participants can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations across SIL homes
Coach, supervise and support Disability Support Workers
Ensure participant support plans and behavioural support strategies are effectively implemented
Monitor service quality, compliance and documentation standards
Manage incidents, risks and safeguarding requirements
Support workforce planning, roster implementation and coverage
Build strong relationships with participants, families, guardians and external stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and a positive safety culture across services.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Experience leading teams within Disability,



SIL or Community Services
Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and quality requirements
Experience managing complex participant supports and behavioural support plans
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
A passion for person-centred care and positive client outcomes
Ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Essential Requirements
Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or related field
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
National Police Check
Working With Children Check where applicable
Current Driver's Licence
Australian working rights.
