Central Coast Sports College is a progressive independent school situated on the NSW Central Coast that specialises in providing cutting-edge educational programs to student athletes from Kindergarten to Year 12.

We are seeking a fit and energetic individual to support our Cafe staff in the kitchen as a Kitchen hand/Dishwasher. Ideally you will be ready to start as soon as possible.

Employment is on a part time basis, 4 days or possibly 5 days per week - 10:30am to 3:00pm during school Terms.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensuring utensils, dishes and linen are washed & stored appropriately
Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors, other kitchen tools & areas
Disposing of rubbish
Ensuring the food preparation areas are sanitised & hygienic
Maintaining Cafe equipment to operating & hygiene standards
Sorting, storing & distributing ingredients

Qualifications and experience




Physically fit and able to stand for entire shifts
High level of organisational skills and methodical approach to tasks
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Valuable at following instructions and paying attention to detail
Solid understanding of food handling, sanitation and prevention of food-borne illnesses including own personal hygiene
Working with Children Check Clearance
National Police Check Clearance
First Aid Certificate
