We are currently looking for Trade Assistants - Mechanics based at our Somersby facility working on the day shift, 6.30am to 2.36pm. We have a fleet of over 1,700 vehicles which consists of cars, rigid trucks, prime movers and trailers, forklifts and construction and plant equipment which we service in our in-house workshops.

The scope of work we are exposed to:
Assisting mechanics with basic and major truck and trailer servicing
Moving trucks and light vehicles
General cleaning and stock taking
Accident damage and repairs




Washing trucks and light vehicles
Recent vehicle pre-delivery and fit outs
Parts receiving

Some of the brands of machinery we work on:
Volvo, Mack, Isuzu, UD and Hino trucks
Komatsu, Liebherr, Sennebogen, Volvo, CAT, Terex and Bobcat
Vawdrey, Barker and Freighter trailers
Linde, Toyota, Crown and Komatsu forklifts
Genie and JLG scissor lifts and boom lifts
