Job Description
Our team at #AAA is growing, and we would love to welcome an Occupational Therapist in Baulkham Hills and surrounding areas. Full time or part time roles available.
In this role you will:
Complete functional assessments with participants in their homes and community settings.
Set meaningful, person-centred goals informed by real life routines and support needs.
Provide recommendations for environmental modifications across home, school and work settings.
Identify and prescribe appropriate Assistive Technology to support independence.
Collaborate with families, support coordinators and the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery.
