Lambron Contracting is seeking an experienced Civil Earthworks Supervisor to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Civil Earthworks Supervisor with Lambron, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. You will lead site crews, coordinate plant and subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with project managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate civil earthworks projects from start to finish.
Lead and mentor site personnel to achieve protected and efficient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company safety procedures.
Coordinate plant, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, productivity, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and daily diaries.




Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and budgets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience supervising civil earthworks or civil construction projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and civil construction practices.
Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and safe work practices.
Ability to manage and plan projects.
