Were looking for an experienced Store Development Team Leader to lead overnight retail projects across Western Australia. If youre passionate about leading teams to deliver high-quality store transformations safely, efficiently, and on schedule, wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Do
Lead and support overnight project teams.
Deliver store relays, layout changes, fit-outs, and new store setups.
Keep projects on schedule while maintaining high standards.
Coach team members and drive secure, quality execution.
Complete project reporting, validations, and handovers.

What Youll Bring
Leadership experience in retail, store development, merchandising, fit-outs, or project delivery.




Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
Confidence leading teams and making decisions onsite.
Flexibility to work overnight (9:30pm–6:00am) and travel across Metro & Regional Western Australia.
