About the Role:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop and guide the team to meet operational goals
Drive results by achieving KPIs and supporting solid sales performance
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers
Use your product knowledge to build customer confidence and encourage repeat business
Ensure the workshop remains organised, secure,



and operating efficiently
Maintain compliance with the Quality Assurance System and established service standards

About You:
Demonstrated leadership experience within an automotive service environment
Sales-focused with a robust background in customer service and performance outcomes
Dependable, proactive and comfortable managing and engaging a team
Current WA driver’s licence
Automotive trade qualification (preferred but not required)
Available Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday mornings
