Join our small, passionate team creating premium handcrafted chocolate.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable person to supervise our retail boutique, prepare quality coffee for customers, and assist our chocolatiers in the production rooms. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a rapid-paced setting.

Able to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Willing to learn and follow systems
Comfortable maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Physically fit and able to spend long periods on their feet

Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising the day-to-day operation of the chocolate boutique




Preparing espresso coffee and serving customers
Providing exceptional customer service
Assisting with chocolate production, packing and quality control
Maintaining stock levels and merchandising displays
Keeping the boutique and production areas clean and organised

Previous hospitality or café experience is highly regarded, and barista experience is preferred. A passion for premium food, chocolate, and delivering exceptional customer experiences will set you apart.
