Pats Italian and Mt Buller Fish & Chippery are icon establishments situated in the heart of Mt Buller village. We are well known for our a la carte dining, pizzas, pasta, seafood and exceptional customer service.

We prepare most of our dishes in-house with fresh, high-quality produce, including our pizza dough and pasta (made daily) and fresh seafood chosen from our display fridges.

The role

This is a hands-on role in our fish and chippery and requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. We work in collaboration with our Italian counterpart next door.



We maintain high standards of food safety, allergen awareness and kitchen compliance.

The opening hours of the fish and chippery is 10am to 5pm daily.

What you need
Robust stock control
Experience in cooking Italian, Australian and seafood cuisine
Professional approach and good time management
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to work under pressure at a rapid-paced
Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred
