We are looking for an experienced and motivated working Salon manager to join our team.

This is the perfect prospect for a confident senior stylist ready to step into a leadership role. You'll continue working behind the chair while helping oversee the day-to-day running of the Salon, supporting the team, and insuring every client receives an exceptional experience.

About the role:
Lead by example on the Salon floor
Mentor and support our team, including apprentice
Help manage the daily operations of the Sal
Maintain exceptional customer service stand
Assist with rostering, stock control and appointment flow
Support retail, re-booking and business
Build and maintain your own loyal clientele

About you:
Qualified senior stylist with strong technical skills




Confident in all aspects of hairdressing
Positive, organised and reliable
A natural leader with excellent communication skills
Passionate about creating a supportive team culture and delivering outstanding client experiences
