Where you start, and where it can go
Start on the fundamentals: supporting mechanical design and testing, CAD drawings,



documentation.
Show initiative and you can move into performance analysis, manufacturing or maintenance support, real involvement in engineering decisions.
Hands-on with the tools real teams use: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or whatever CAD system the host runs.

Mechanical engineering degree. No prior experience needed, you're not expected to have it already.
