What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and RFQ's
Prepare and follow up freight quotations
Generate and qualify recent sales opportunities
Build lasting relationships with customers
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in our CRM
Work closely with our Operations and Business Development teams
Contribute to achieving team sales and customer service targets

What You'll Bring
Experience in customer service, internal sales or account management
Previous experience using a CRM system (essential)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills




A proactive attitude and solid desire to achieve results
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office

Transport or logistics experience is advantageous, but not essential.
