Dirty Moes is where the Sunshine Coast comes to eat, drink and celebrate. Big flavours, packed sessions, and a kitchen with genuine energy. We're on the hunt for a Sous Chef who wants to own a section, lead a crew, and cook food people actually rave about - all while only a few steps to the beach.

About the role

Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll be the engine room of the kitchen. Day to day you'll:
Run the pass and drive service during our busiest shifts
Lead, train and motivate the kitchen team, stepping up when the Head Chef is off
Keep food quality, consistency and presentation sharp, plate after plate
Manage prep, ordering, stock and portion control to keep GP on track
Help shape specials and menu ideas, we encourage creativity and input.

About you
Solid experience as a Sous Chef or a senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent trade qualification)
A natural leader who lifts the team and sets the standard
Strong grasp of costings, ordering and kitchen systems
Reliable, hands-on, and genuinely passionate about positive food
