Duty Manager – The Beechmont Hotel, Gold Coast Hinterland

The Beechmont Hotel is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team in a full-time, salaried role. Nestled in the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland, our venue is one of the region’s most popular pubs and live entertainment destinations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated hospitality qualified looking to take the next step in their career and lead a dynamic team within a thriving business.

Key Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the venue
Managing, training, and motivating staff
Conducting stocktakes and overseeing cash-ups
Delivering outstanding customer service
Assisting with operational improvements and venue performance

Incentives:
38 Hour Work Week
Meal Allowance

Requirements:
Minimum 12 months experience in a similar management role




Sound knowledge of TAB and Keno operations
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager’s Licence (preferred but not essential)
Proven ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment
Versatile availability, including nights and weekends
