About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated full time Pharmacist In Charge with Aged care experience to join a pharmacy located in the Adelaide hills South Australia. With a solid emphasis on professional services and patient-centred care, the pharmacy operates a forward dispensing model that supports meaningful customer interactions and positive health outcomes.
In this role, you will lead and manage the dispensary team while ensuring all skilled, ethical, and operational standards are met. You will oversee day-to-day dispensary operations, vaccinations, community Webster packing and aged care services, managing approximately 150 aged care beds across three sites with the support of a dedicated technician. The pharmacy dispenses approximately 250 scripts per day and is supported by two Pharmacists and an intern.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into the ACOP- Aged care on site pharmacist role within a well-supported pharmacy focused on long-term community relationships and sustainable growth.

The Offer:
The pharmacy operates Monday to Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–5pm. Attractive negotiable rate on offer of $55-$60/hr + super based on experience.
