Evergreen Trees Direct is one of Australia's leading wholesale suppliers of advanced trees and plants, supplying landscapers, developers and trade customers nationally. We're a fast-paced, high-volume operation moving serious stock every day — and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

The Role

We need a switched-on, hard-working yard hand to be the engine room of our dispatch operation. You'll be responsible for keeping stock organised, orders prepped and trucks loaded — on time, every time.

Day to day you'll be:
Picking, labelling and packing customer orders with precision
Operating a forklift to move and organise stock, keeping the entire yard clean and organised
Loading semi-trailers for interstate linehaul
Prepping and staging orders for local and interstate drivers so pick-ups run quick and efficiently
Checking stock in and out on an iPhone/iPad as orders arrive and dispatch, keeping stock control accurate and up to date
Occasionally jumping in the crane truck for local deliveries and pick-ups

What We're Looking For
Tree and plant knowledge is essential — you need to know what you're handling and how to handle it properly
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain immediately)




Truck licence is essential — you'll be driving the crane truck for deliveries and pick-ups
Strong attention to detail — right stock, right label, right truck, no mistakes
Confident using an iPhone/iPad for stock check-in/check-out and order management
Able to work independently without supervision, and just as well in a team
Someone who comes in, gets the job done, and doesn't make excuses
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on outdoor work in all conditions
Pride in a clean, tidy workspace

Big pluses:
Crane truck experience — a massive advantage
Experience in a nursery, landscape supply or logistics environment
