About the role

We’re looking for an Experienced Indian Cook to join our busy kitchen. You’ll be responsible for preparing authentic Indian curries, tandoor items, breads, and daily specials for dine-in and takeaway.

Key Responsibilities:
Cook a range of Indian dishes: curries, biryani, tandoor, naan, roti, starters
Prep ingredients, sauces, and spice mixes to maintain consistency
Manage stock, food safety, and kitchen hygiene
Work efficiently during peak service times
Help with menu prep and maintaining food quality standards

What we’re looking for:
*Minimum 1year of experience as an Indian cook in a commercial kitchen




Strong knowledge of North Indian / South Indian / Tandoor cooking
Ability to work evenings, weekends & public holidays
Team player with valuable communication
Food Safety Certificate preferred
