Duty Manager – The Earl of Leicester

The Earl of Leicester is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team!

Located in Parkside, we're a busy, family-friendly pub known for outstanding food, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere.

About the role:
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, lead and support our team, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
Holds current RSA, RSG and RP certificates
Is a confident leader with excellent communication skills
Thrives in a rapid-paced environment
Is available to work a versatile 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends
Has a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
