We are looking for experienced, compassionate and reliable carers to provide high-quality support to our vulnerable clients.

Applicants need to speak at least ONE of the following languages:
Italian
German
Spanish

You do not need to speak all three languages. Speaking any one of these languages confidently is suitable.

We are looking for carers who are:
Experienced in aged care, disability support or community care
Humble, kind, patient and respectful when supporting clients
Compassionate and understanding of each client's individual needs
Able to maintain our clients' dignity, privacy, independence and choice
Familiar with and committed to following all relevant care standards, policies, procedures and qualified boundaries
Able to understand the responsibilities involved in supporting vulnerable people
Reliable, punctual and professional
Able to communicate respectfully with clients, families and the care team




Committed to providing protected, person-centred and culturally respectful care
Able to follow individual care/support plans and report any concerns appropriately
Committed to safeguarding clients and maintaining confidentiality at all times

We are looking for people who understand that being a carer is not just a job. It requires patience, responsibility, respect and genuine care for the wellbeing of vulnerable people.
