Jet Black Pavements is seeking an experienced HC Driver to join our dynamic team as Float Operator. As a Float Operator, you will play a vital role in our road transport operations, ensuring the safe and productive transport of asphalt paving machines and asphalt across The Central Coast. This is a full-time position based in West Gosford, NSW.

What you'll be doing
Safely operate heavy combination vehicles, including loading/unloading of machinery and transporting asphalt in a flocon (walking floor) trailer.
Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations and company policies
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our transport operations

What we're looking for
A valid HC (Heavy Combination) driver's licence with a minimum of 3 years' experience
Excellent knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team




Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality work
Good physical fitness
