Builderwest Pty Ltd is one of Australia's fastest-growing insurance building and restoration companies, operating across Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria. As our business continues to expand, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in managing our day-to-day financial operations, ensuring suppliers are paid on time, customer accounts are actively managed, and our cash flow remains solid.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing Accounts Payable and supplier payments
Managing Accounts Receivable and debt collection
Bank reconciliations
Processing invoices and payment runs
Following up outstanding customer accounts
Assisting with cash flow management
Maintaining accurate financial records
Supporting month-end processes
Working closely with management to improve financial systems and reporting




Assisting with other finance administration duties as required

What we're looking for:
Previous experience in bookkeeping or finance
Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
Experience using Xero (preferred)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a growing team
