VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced Extrusion Blowmoulding Technician to be a part of our client’s business Bev Plastics Pty Ltd in Braeside. Our client offers a great working workplace and a market-competitive salary for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and change over blow moulding dies and line-changing equipment according to production schedules.
Start up, operate, and shut down blow moulding machines while maintaining optimal machine parameters.
Record and monitor key machine conditions such as temperature, pressure, and vacuum levels to ensure consistent performance.
Conduct routine checks, adjustments, and troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly.
Inspect products to ensure they meet required specifications and conduct basic quality control tests.
Collaborate closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and improve process efficiency.




Assist in fabricating or modifying equipment and tools as needed to support production needs.
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
Ensure a clean, protected, and well-organized work environment at all times.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a die setter cum Technician in Extrusion Blow moulding environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of plastic processing
Familiarity with safety standards and machine operating procedures
Have a secure work history with good communication and teamwork skills
Versatile to work when required

Remuneration: $78,000.00 - $83,000.00 including superannuation
