Crackpots is a small family owned & operated business. We service the professional crayfishing industry, hobby farmers and recreational fisherman. Our business is a blend of wholesale and direct to the public.

We are looking for a new casual team member to help out, predominantly in the office, looking after our customers, sales and admin; but there might also be some light warehouse duties like stocktakes and organising stock.

Our ideal candidate is someone who’s genuinely interested in giving our customers outstanding, honest service; is hands on; has some admin experience, and fits in with our relaxed & friendly workplace.

Your days will be diverse, but will include:

· Serving customers – in person, on the phone or over email

· Packing e-commerce orders





· Some admin tasks – so experience with Microsoft & MYOB (or similar would be great)

We’ll give the successful candidate training & support, so that you feel confident & capable in your role.

Currently we are looking for someone two to three days per week. Our opening hours are 8am to 4pm, but we’re opening to our new hire working school hours.
