What You’ll Be Doing
Manage commercial projects from award through to completion
Control programme, cost, procurement, and reporting
Coordinate site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards
Build robust working relationships with clients and internal teams
Ensure projects are delivered smoothly and commercially

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial builder
Experience delivering projects valued up to $10M
Strong organisational and communication skills
Practical,



solutions-focused approach to project delivery
Ability to manage projects independently and responsibly
Perth-based with full Australian working rights
