We are looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Team Member to join our team and support the daily operations of our store, including food preparation and customer service in a quick-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with salmon preparationand customer service duties
Prepare tuna mixes, signature sauce mixes, and chopping fresh vegetables daily
Prepare and assemble sushi rolls to company standards (experience in roll-making highly regarded)
Take orders, serve customers, and process payments when required
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and service areas
Support daily operations in a fast-paced team environment
Shifts & Availability
Full-Time role, average of 38 ordinary hours per week
Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
Shifts may start from 9:00 AM
Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable
Pay & Conditions
Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020
Applicable classifications, junior rates and penalty rates apply where relevant
Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development
Requirements
Must hold valid Australian working rights
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a quick-paced workplace
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
