We’re looking for a driven State Account Executive to take ownership of wholesale accounts, nurture key partnerships, and spearhead new business opportunities.

This hybrid role comes with a competitive salary package, including a fully maintained company car or car allowance. Office base is Somerville.

Daily Tasks
Serve as the primary lead and point of contact for wholesale customers across Victoria
Drive the annual Joint Customer Business Planning process.
Forecast and manage customer order requirements to meet demand.
Deliver on budgeted volume, revenue, and GM targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with wholesale customers.
Analyse data to identify product gaps, profitability opportunities, and new business prospects.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, farming, category, marketing, and NPD teams to achieve business goals.
Travel to support national events and key business activities as required.

You will bring to this role




Proven frontline sales experience with exposure to major wholesale accounts.
Strong ability to work autonomously, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders.
Commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse P&L; and make informed decisions.
Strong project management skills and ability to execute sales strategies effectively.
