We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic full time/ Part time Apprentice Baker or Bakers Assistant to join our team at Bakers Delight Pimpama
(no experience necessary).
Completing an Apprenticeship with Bakers Delight involves more than just going to school or training. Our Apprentices are hands on from day one. You will learn the art and science of baking through formal training, through one-on-one coaching and support from baking team members and through practice, practice, practice.
At Bakers Delight, our Apprentices are responsible for:
Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
Assisting the Production Manager with stock control and production expenses
Learning new skills and products
Providing delightful customer service when required
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
Have a passion for baking
A positive attitude and thrive in a team workplace
Have basic literacy and numeracy skills
Be prepared to work in a team setting
To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship you must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
