We are looking for an organised, motivated and qualified Commercial Property Manager to join our growing commercial division.
Working alongside experienced Commercial Property Manager Con Papadopoulos and Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent Chris Tudzarov, you'll manage a portfolio of commercial properties while building your knowledge across office, retail and industrial assets.
About the Role
Manage landlord and tenant relationships
Coordinate maintenance and repairs
Conduct inspections
Manage arrears and lease administration
Prepare reports and ensure legislative compliance
About You
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional, reliable and detail-oriented
NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Current CPD
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Commercial property experience is preferred but not essential. We are happy to train the right candidate.
