BD SELECT, an HR consultancy established in 2001 and active in 30+ countries, is expanding in Australia. We're looking for self-employed Independent Sales Representatives to introduce our psychometric and talent-assessment tools to businesses, HR teams, recruiters, and coaches.

Offer a free demo — one candidate assessed across three tests
Help clients get started and grow their account
Work remotely, on your own schedule

Earnings that build over time Your commissions are cumulative — every client keeps generating income month after month. Uncapped. As an indication, first-year earnings can range from approximately AUD 20,000 to $38,000+, depending on time invested — from a few hours a week up to full time. With greater commitment, results can grow well beyond this in following years. These figures are illustrative and not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on individual activity and results.
