MDM Mining and Civil is a growing indigenous owned business operating in the East Kimberley. MDM is undertaking the rehabilitation of the Argyle Diamond Mine Closure Project in the East Kimberley's and is looking for an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter Mechanic.

About the role:

Our MDM Maintenance team has an chance for a Heavy Diesel Fitter Mechanic with OEM experience on CAT dozers, excavators, graders, loaders, ADT's. You will work an even time 2:2 day shift roster; FIFO from Perth/Darwin or DIDO from the Kimberley Region.

About you:
Relevant Australian recognised Trade Certificate
Current Driver’s License - HR preferred
Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably with previous site experience in the Mining Industry
Tooling provided




Knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements in a mine workplace
Pass a full medical and D & A test
Must have rights to work in Australia

Responsibilities:
Ability to service and maintain Heavy Mobile Plant
Ensuring functionality and reliability of machines, engines and mechanical systems
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Ordering parts
Complete all required service documents accurately and in a timely manner
Achieve effective work practices whilst maintaining minimal downtime
A proven commitment to and compliance with site safety standards
