Head Chef | Full Time

Seeking a Senior Head Chef to join our growing kitchen team.

We're investing heavily in our food offering, systems, and team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef looking to take the next step in their career while working closely with and supporting the owners.

The Role:
Lead service and maintain high food quality standards
Assist with ordering, stock control and food cost management
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Ensure food safety and kitchen compliance standards are maintained
Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
Help build a positive and skilled kitchen culture

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 4 years' experience in a quality kitchen
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
Ability to lead by example during busy services
Reliable, organised and team-oriented




Passion for quality produce and well-executed pub food
