Electrical Supervisor – Heavy Industrial Project

Location: Yatala, QLD
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Rate: $120/hr Flat Rate + Super
Hours: 10hr days, Alternate Saturdays

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead site operations on a major heavy industrial project based in Yatala. This is an excellent prospect for a hands-on leader looking to step into a rapid-paced project with an immediate start.
You'll be responsible for supervising electrical trades, coordinating daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project.

What's on Offer
$120 per hour flat rate + Super
3-month contract with the potential for extension
Immediate start on a major industrial project
Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays worked.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise electrical installation teams on site
Coordinate daily works and subcontractors
Ensure projects are delivered safely,



on schedule and to specification
Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts and safety inspections
Liaise with project management, clients and other site supervisors
Monitor productivity, quality and compliance with Australian Standards
Assist with planning, scheduling and resolving site issues

About You
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on heavy industrial, oil & gas, mining or infrastructure projects
Current Electrical Licence
Strong understanding of site safety and permit systems
Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
Excellent communication and organisational skills
White Card (essential)
Current driver's licence
