This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver or someone looking to start a long-term career in administration. You'll receive hands-on experience while completing a Certificate IV in Business, giving you the skills and qualifications to build a successful career.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, suppliers and visitors, you'll play an key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting our administration team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients, suppliers and visitors
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
General administrative and data entry duties
Maintaining office supplies and reception areas
Assisting various departments with administrative tasks
Filing and document management




Learning a variety of business administration functions across the company

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, professional and well presented
Confident communicating with people face-to-face and over the phone
Eager to learn and develop new skills
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and motivated
Able to work well within a team
Comfortable using Microsoft Office or willing to learn

Previous office experience is not required—your attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most.
