About the Role

Reporting to your direct manager, you will mentor a small team of Property Accountants, ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial information relating to property operations and maintaining the integrity of that information. This is an exciting period of growth, and we're looking for a Senior Property Accountant to own the numbers behind a premium retail portfolio and turn reporting into sharp commercial insights.

What You'll Do
Lead financial reporting, integrity and analysis across a premium retail portfolio
Partner with Centre Management to turn reporting into sharp commercial insights
Oversee operations and compliance activities
Drive systems, process and data improvements
Lead, develop and support your team,



contributing to a high-performance culture
Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

What You'll Bring
Proven experience in retail property accounting
Solid understanding of property accounting principles and practices
Experience with MRI software preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex problems
Detail-driven and organised, confident working independently in a high-volume environment
Professional communication skills and the highest standards of integrity when handling financial data
